About Company

SapStudios is a privately owned business that was founded in 2003 by Alexandros Petrides in New York City. The company primarily focused in Computer Sales & Maintenance. Since then the company has managed to partner with other companies extending the scope of its activities into CCTV Security Solutions, Software Development, Networking and POS Systems. Further growth for Sapphire was the creation of its Creative Department providing Web Development, Interactive Media, Design, 3D Graphic Solutions and Photography. Our extensive marketing knowlegde and experience distinguishes from typical design companies. Our creativity and imaginative usage of design, ensures to reflect the image of your company and/or personal needs.

 

About Owner

Alexandros Petrides has several years of experience in Computer Science, Construction/Contract Management, Graphic Design and Web Development. Mr. Petrides grew up in Athens-Greece. After completing his high school at the American Community School (ACS) he worked for 3 years as a PC Technician for a small privately owned business.

In addition, he enhanced and maintained the computer network, hardware and software applications for a Swiss company (involved in Exports/Imports of Greek cotton). Furthermore, Mr. Petrides gained extensive business knowledge and experience which involved: million dollar transactions; negotiations; contracts; scheduling; loading/shipping process.

Afterwards he moved to New York where he completed his undergraduate studies at Queens College, and graduate studies at School of Visual Arts and New York University. Mr. Petrides is now involved on major projects for several clients including: IMG World, FashionGPS, Google, Mocene and IFBB Professional Bodybuilding to name a few.

While running his business Mr. Petrides provides consulting services for various clients including the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York.
